Delivery Terms and Conditions Engine Rebuilding

General

1.1. These terms of delivery apply to all offers, quotations, agreements and deliveries of Engine Rebuilding, a company specializing in auto parts.

1.2. Deviations from these terms of delivery are only binding if agreed in writing.

1.3. In case of contradiction between these delivery conditions and other agreements, the provisions of the other agreements shall prevail.

Offers and quotations

2.1. All offers and quotations of Engine Rebuilding, specializing in auto parts, are without obligation, unless expressly stated otherwise.

2.2. Engine Rebuilding reserves the right to revoke or modify any offer or quotation until acceptance by the customer.

Agreement

3.1. An agreement is established at the moment of acceptance of the offer or quotation of Engine Rebuilding, specialized in car parts, by the client.

3.2. Engine Rebuilding reserves the right to refuse or cancel an agreement in whole or in part without giving reasons.

Delivery

4.1. The delivery times given by Engine Rebuilding, specialized in auto parts, are indicative and not binding, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

4.2. The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the client at the time of delivery.

Prices and payment

5.1. All prices are exclusive of VAT and other taxes, unless otherwise stated.

5.2. Payment shall be made within [number of days] days of invoice date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5.3. If payment is not made on time, the customer shall be in default by operation of law and shall owe interest on the outstanding amount.

Guarantee

6.1. Engine Rebuilding, specializing in car parts, guarantees that the goods delivered comply with the agreed specifications.

6.2. The warranty lapses if the delivered goods have been altered, repaired or used incorrectly.

Liability

7.1. Engine Rebuilding, specializing in auto parts, shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage, including consequential damage, resulting from the use of the delivered goods.

7.2. The liability of Engine Rebuilding Meijerink, specialized in auto parts, shall at all times be limited to the amount covered by its insurance.

Retention of title

8.1. The delivered goods shall remain the property of Engine Rebuilding, specialized in car parts, until full payment has been made.
